PERforM: Employee Appraisal Process Online Tutorial [PowerPoint]
Welcome to PERforM
The Missouri State Employee Online Performance Appraisal System Resource and Information Portal
The mission of Missouri State Government is to provide essential services to Missouri citizens. Meeting this commitment requires that each state employee performs his or her job as capably as possible.
To achieve this objective, the Office of Administration, Division of Personnel in conjunction with the Information Technology Services Division developed the online Productivity, Excellence and Results for Missouri (PERforM) system to facilitate the development of annual performance objectives and the electronic storage and reporting of employee performance appraisal records.
The PERforM system serves as an online “tool” to assist supervisors, managers and state agencies with the most fundamental of human resource management responsibilities: planning specific, measurable work objectives, and the observation, evaluation and development of each employee’s performance.
This site has been created to provide information, updates and training resources to further the successful implementation and use of the PERforM system and the performance appraisal process.
All state employees are invited to use the Quick Links which include an array of information. You will find that some materials, such as Frequently Asked Questions, are relevant to employees and supervisors alike.
PERforM News Distribution List (State Employees Only!)
As needed, the Division of Personnel will send email notices about PERforM to the subscribers of PERforM News. These messages may concern updates to the system, unavailability notices, reminders, helpful hints, or other information that may be beneficial to PERforM users.
The following hyperlink, Listserv Information, should be used only by state employees for subscribing and unsubscribing to the distribution list for PERforM News. Any attempt to access this site by nonintranet users will result in an error page being displayed.
